Shipping policy

Processing time. Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Friday, usually within 1–3 business days.

Where we ship. We ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Rates. Standard shipping within the United States is $5, and orders of $60 or more ship free within the United States. Rates for Canada and Mexico, plus USPS, UPS and DHL Express options, are shown at checkout.

Delivery times. Most US orders arrive 4–9 business days after they ship. Delivery to Canada and Mexico takes longer and depends on customs.

Duties and taxes. Orders shipped outside the US may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking. You'll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take up to a day to update after it ships.

Local pickup. Choose local pickup at checkout to collect your order from our Los Angeles location, usually within 24 hours.

Problems with delivery. If your package is lost, delayed or arrives damaged, email info@g-xyz.com with your order number and we'll help.
