Refund policy
If for some reason you are not happy with your order (damage, defective, wrong item, unwanted items), you can send it back for exchange, store credit or refund. You can return or exchange as long as it is within 30 days from the shipped date (returning package must be postmarked as so). Please note if 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping with the carrier of choice. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Items must be unworn, unwashed, or unaltered with all tags attached. Product should be in same condition that you received it in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), store credit, or exchange. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
-Exchange: shipping and handling fee will be requested through Paypal.
-Store Credit: fully credited (shipping fees are non-refundable).
